I have been a Realtor for 21 years, I was a single mom of 2 boys who had no financial help from their father. I was able to make a living still be a present parent! Now I am building my retirement. In the last 2 years, we have successfully flipped 6 homes and bought our first 2 rentals. Our 5 year goal is to own at least 5 more rentals with at least 2 paid off.
