I am a Senior Internal Auditor for Silicon Valley Bank in Tempe, AZ, looking to get involved in single and multi-family real estate investing. Currently, I am focused on investing in the Toledo, OH area for cash flow and the Phoenix area for appreciation. I am new to real estate investing and still in the process of reading and listening to any real estate related materials I can get my hands on.
