I am always looking for a great property to fix & flip or wholesale; also, I am looking for deals to leverage my Solo 401K and be a Private Lender to help with other Investor's Gap funding or Down Payment, and I am looking for other Investor's that would like to invest in our Fix & Flip projects as well. :)
