Hi there Bigger Pockets and friends! I just finished a registered nursing degree and looking to move up to the central coast of California. My wife and I have saved our pennies and now ready to start our portfolio, obviously not in California, however. We would love to jump into small apartment buildings, fourplex, triplex, duplex, etc.. Our plan is to pay cash for the first few in order to jump-start the snowball effect for the following properties.
