Since beginning our Real Estate venture in the spring of 2017, my husband and I have acquired 9 units in Savannah, GA, and one in Jacksonville, FL. We have experienced the reward of sweat equity, provided furnished and shorter-term leases for traveling military, students, and hospital staff, and crept into the multifamily sector with a 4 unit home. The world of real estate has allowed us to make our move from the East Coast across to the snowy West. We are currently looking for our "forever home", and our next live-in flip. Hoping to connect with other like-minded entrepreneurs and continue to learn!
