Ken here to wish a good day to all in the real estate business. I am new to investing but feeling more confident with each day. I enjoy learning about home performance, renewable energy (PV solar systems), and how to save and reduce energy usage at home. My background is in AutoCAD Drafting and PC Information Technology. I am in the process of changing my life to have financial freedom with real estate investing. I'm looking for off-market/pocket listings "Class B/C" Multi-Family properties of 5-30 units with a value play to them.
