Mr. Crystal’s range of experience in commercial real investment, business development and consulting spans over the last 7 years. Kevin is still a principal and shareholder at Ps 37 Properties a real estate investment firm, founded in 2009. Mr. Crystal holds a bachelors degree in Project Management, Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and is currently a Doctoral Candidate at Walden University in Business Administration (DBA) were his doctoral concentration is finance and real estate. His client services include the acquisition and liquidation of properties for business owners in the form of landlord or tenant leasing, land for new construction, the sale of an existing structure or properties purchased or sold for investment purposes. His expertise also includes helping prospective borrowers understand and prepare for bank lending preferences, lending limits, debt service, environmental property concerns, and income analysis of borrowers and properties. He believes that if a borrower understands the lenders requirements and the lender understands the borrowers project than they can both reach their real estate related goals.
