Attorney/investor. My primary interest is investing in commercial properties for buy and hold. I'm also interested in helping others in the area of seller financing. My area of legal practice focuses primarily on estates, succession planning and asset protection. A big area of asset protection is helping clients to secure their homes and savings against a nursing home spend-down. Executed properly, seller financing is one great tool to help older seller with this problem. I'm happy to assist and network with other investors and professionals.
