Kim Kelly

I started investing in 2008 and since that time acquired five SFH properties, three buy-and-hold and two fix-and-flip. I still have the three buy and hold properties and they are all currently tenant-occupied. My career is in the healthcare industry and investing has been a part-time endeavor. I have enjoyed it very much. However the demands of my career have become such that I am looking to sell these three properties in the coming year. I hope in the future to return to the world of real estate investing, and will plan to stay connected to the BiggerPockest community because it has been an invaluable resource.
