I Can Say so much here... Ill try to keep is short. Back before Fix and Flip became Cool. Way before HGTV shows. I enjoyed looking at homes and would envision what updates it needed or what wall(s) needed to move to open an area. What trim and details were needed, etc... In my late Teens and early 20s I was sideline helping with family rental properties. Owning rental properties seemed lucrative on some homes, but not on others. At this point in my life, I did not understand the market or what was good or bad areas. I just knew some of the homes stayed rented for long periods and some had a new tenant every few months and most of the time needed more cleaning and or repairs. The aggravation was not for me. Since my early 20s I have been raising my family and holding a full time job as a Service Advisor - Assistant Service Manager working 60 hrs a week and struggling. I love our Magazine subscription to This Old House and yes Better Homes and Gardens. I just cant help it. I subscribe to several DIYs. I can also make you a Fantabulous Wreath!!! This past March I tore two tendons in my foot. Dr. says I will be off that foot as much as possible for 6mos. I am a bit analytical (good and bad I know.) I have been using my time lately to learn as much as possible about Real Estate investing and studying my market. I am at that point in my life, I've gained some wisdom. I know my strengths, I know my weakness. Im ready for this journey.
