Have always loved looking at different types of real estate but never knew anything about investing. I have been educating myself for the past six months and am now ready to take the plunge and buy my first investment property. Experience: I have bought several homes personally to live in. I made some improvements and sold for big profits. Never thought about it as real estate investing. Real Estate Goals: To purchase turnkey, cash-flowing, rental property and possibly rehab in the future. Currently Seeking: A turnkey, cash-flowing small multi family property that could be converted into midterm Rental.
