I've enjoyed scanning the market for years! When we were looking to move from urban Pittsburgh to raise the kids, searching the suburbs was a blast! Now the kids are older so I can begin to shift focus. Educating myself through Bigger Pockets is really a support as I work to get into the real estate market as an investor. I'll be concentrating on the South Hills of Pittsburgh.
