Real Estate investing has been a goal of mine for years. I feel it is the best way to produce passive income. I have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years working in the Title Insurance industry. My goal is to build a business using the buy and hold strategy. Experience: I have owned rental property in the past. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to acquire positive cash flowing properties or to partner other investors on some flips. My current goal is to have 5 doors in the next 5 years. Currently Seeking: The biggest thing I'm looking for currently is to network and learn from existing landlords.
