Hello everyone, my name is Kevin and I am starting to break into real estate investment. Currently serving in the Navy in San Diego, CA. I have been serving for about two years and have been in San Diego for about 8 months. I plan to flip a couple properties while living here before moving back to Raleigh, NC after my enlistment ends. This is all new to me but very exciting. I hope to own my first property within a month!
