I have recently moved to Florida where I have a few rental units. I also have a few units in France and Asia so am aware of practices across countries. I am keen to find out more about obtaining financing based on the property rather than me and also sources to identify viable investment propositions in Florida and neighbouring states. I do not have a team but would be open to collaborating with others. I occasionally have flashes of inspiration but usually lack the wherewithal to implement them.
