Kal Kazak

Hello, my name is Kal Kazak, owner and managing member of a real estate aquisition, renovation and holding/leasing company, as well as a separate full service residential building and remodeling company. I have extensive knowledge of property management, legal issues involved, leases, tenant turn over, structure and building systems of improved real estate, and dealing with numerous trades to renovate and maintain current and future real estate holdings, in addition to knowledge in every construction trade required to build, renovate and maintain residential property. I work directly with architects, city building departments/officials, and all necessary trades and tradesmen to see projects through. I acquired my first investment property in 2005 when I was 27 years old, and now own, hold and manage sixteen profitable and lucrative investment properties.
