My husband, Brian and I are partnering together to flip houses and obtain rental properties. We are looking for some extra income upfront (flipping) and long term payoff (rental). Brian is amazing with creating things, working with his hands, building, improvising, and lots of common sense!! I, on the other hand, not so great in those areas, but gifted with financial sense and love playing with #s! So I think we make a great team! We equal each other out! And fun fact.... we were high school sweethearts! :) We were inspired by someone else's story with them flipping vacant or foreclosed houses to be able to provide very affordable houses to people needing homes. We love that idea, and wanted to do that in our area, since there are many houses that are foreclosed or pre-foreclosure. Brian works construction and so winter months are slower for him and this is a great time to undertake a project like flipping. I (Kris) am a Mary Kay Pink Cadillac Sales Director and loving it!!! This allows me to have my business and flexibility, while still being able to work hand in hand with my hubby and help him make the houses look "pretty" after he does his magic with renovating!
