Kristofer Ramos

I'm an eager and motivated real estate investor in Portland Oregon metro, who has been learning from the BiggerPockets community for years. My long-term goal is to build a full real estate business focused on flipping homes and creating a reliable team of contractors, agents, lenders, and industry professionals. My wife and I recently completed our first rehab project using a renovation loan, which gave us hands-on experience managing contractors, budgets, timelines, and the renovation process from start to finish. The project was a success—the property appraised above our total investment, reinforcing our passion for real estate and value-add opportunities. Outside of real estate, I'm focused on continuing my professional development and plan to earn my PMP certification to strengthen my project management and business skills. I'm always looking to learn, network with like-minded investors, and connect with people who are actively building and scaling their real estate portfolios.
