Hi! I am 23 years old and I currently reside in Orange County, CA, Irvine more specifically. I am originally from the Bay Area, but I was drawn to Southern California because of my studies at UC Irvine. I currently work as a consultant at a software company in Long Beach, mostly dealing with databases. I found BiggerPockets because I realized that I needed a smarter way to build wealth, and one feasible avenue is real estate investing. I am a beginner so I do not have a chosen niche just yet, but I am leaning towards multi-family houses utilizing a FHA loan, or building capital by flipping. I understand that real estate investing is by no means easy, but I am willing to put in the leg work to learn everything that I can.
