About myself
I am a junior military officer stationed out of GA. I recently have purchased my first home at 22 using the Va loan and I am currently splitting my living cost with other Lieutenants. I’m am looking for advice when it comes to purchasing buy and hold rental properties as I feel that is is a great way to build passive income for myself over time.
