I am a local Real Estate Agent I work for a Real Estate Investment Brokerage here in San Diego. We specialize in finding real estate investors distressed homes for them to fix up and flip or fix and hold. A little bit about me: Born and raised in San Diego. I am newly married and absolutely love every aspect of real estate. I owned a franchise of a direct sales company for 8 years I decided that in order to build true wealth I would need to shift my efforts into real estate. I love to travel the world with my wife and close friends I've been all over Asia and Mexico. I am an endurance athlete and compete in triathlons and long distance races all year.
