Hey BiggerPockets Members! I'm from Saskatoon, born and raised, on the playgrounds is where I spent most of my days...Seriously though, I'm a husband & father of the 3 great kids. My Wife and I started investing in Real Estate back in 2010. We lived in Lloydminster, AB for 12 years and took advantage of the strong rental market and appreciating house prices. We ended up moving back to Saskatoon in 2013 to be closer to family and start a new chapter in life. We ended up selling all our properties in Lloydminster in 2013, which was a blessing, as the oil market tanked soon after!! We've both been busy starting and running our own business's over the past 7 years, and now feel ready to jump back in! I'm currently looking at the BRRRR strategy on single-family homes in the Saskatoon and surrounding area, eventually leading up to multi-family.
