I am new to real estate and looking to get into single family rentals. My goal is to find very distressed units to BRRRR and then eventually rent out long term. I am looking to connect with agents, contractors, property managers, lenders and other investors. I am also looking to find a partner with more experience in the real estate space to help me with my first few deals.
