Director of a real estate development & private equity group based in Spanish Fork, Utah, focused exclusively on build-to-rent (BTR) communities in high-growth secondary markets across Kentucky, Kansas, and Iowa. Before transitioning to the equity and development side, I spent several years as one of the leading 2-4 unit investment lenders in the country. My team specialized in construction & perm debt, arranging investor financing for over 4,000 rental units valued above $1B across Utah, Idaho, Arizona & Texas. Our BTR communities at Lone Tree typically run 90–120 units at $25–30M in total project cost. We hold approximately 500 acres of entitled land across three states and focus on delivering attainable rental housing where demand is real but institutional capital has been slow to follow.
