I am relatively new to real estate but not new to business. I work full time in an unrelated business which I have built from scratch. As I get older, I am trying to be more diligent planning for retirement which I define as "doing what I want to do when I want to". My currently business (healthcare) is highly regulated and I will not likely realize much equity when I transition away from it in the future. I believe that real estate provides the best tool for true long term wealth building.
