I am married 26 years to my best friend. I no longer work full time so I have time to devote to my dream of fixing and flipping. Over the years,we have bought and sold 4 houses, making a profit each time. Although the actual moving never excited me, I have always enjoyed the process of living in one for a time, putting my stamp on it, and moving to the next. The last home we sold was foreclosed when we bought it. We lived there 3 years and did cosmetic remodeling, and turned a decent profit. I was especially proud that we made money while the market was still down. Now the market is going up and not as many easy access foreclosures out there, but I really want to put my energy into that area of real estate.
