Hi everyone! I am new to real estate investing with minimal experience under my belt. Truth be told, I am a mom of 1, an Emergency RN, and down right exhausted! My ultimate goal is to stop trading my time for money and only work as a nurse just because I love it but to start, I would love to have enough cash flow in rental properties to cover my mortgage. So for now, I am trying to learn as much as possible, network a bit, and hopefully build my team to land my first investment property. Is there anything I can help you with?
