A little about me, my name is Lee, from New Jersey. I'm fairly new to the industry in fact I have done mostly research up until this point. Buying my first property is what I am working on currently. I have my eye on a few properties and I am researching those. Currently I am looking to buy and hold properties in low income communities. Buying and flipping is also something I am interested in doing in the future. Any advice is welcome, i'm open to networking.
