Hi! I'm Alexis, I am a buy & hold investor and licensed realtor located in Kentucky. As an investor, my portfolio primarily consist of long term rentals, but I'm excited to launch my first 2 short term rentals in 2022. This year (2022) my goal is to buy at least 30 turn key properties. As an agent, in the last 2 years I have closed 35 deals; almost $6M in volume. In my first year as a real estate agent I worked with mainly investors; My second year I worked with more first time home buyers. This year (2022) my goal is to work a with higher end clientele. And after work is said and done, I love to volunteer. I serve as a board member for our local REIA (Real Estate Investor Association), which is part of the National Real Estate Investor Association. NREIA serves approximately 40,000 members across the U.S., and is the largest broad based organization dedicated to the individual investor. Our local REIA serves 800+ members currently and is located in Louisville, KY. -I am apart of the following committee's: Social Committee, Social Media Committee, and L.O.T.S.
