I am currently studying to get my real estate license. I am only interested in the investing side but want to save on agent costs. I am very interested in multi-families but I am more concerned about finding a great deal. I am new to Real Estate investing, but if you need an eager person with boots on the ground that is a fast learner or if you are a flipper, contractor, or an investor that is busy and needs help finding deals while you manage your current projects and properties I'm your girl.
