My name is Lionel and I'm still at the beginning of my investing career! As of January 2024, I'm under renovations on my first property in Sacramento, CA. I've chosen to go with the MTR rental strategy, renting to traveling medical professionals, remote workers, and other MTR demographics. My goal over the next 5 years is to do a mix of house hacking and BRRRR investing in furnished rentals. I'll be using a mix of equity and my W2 income as a tech worker to grow my business.
