I have moved around alot in my life, and I have tried to purchase homes through the banks before and it just never worked out for one reason or another. I've had a number of drawbacks and am finding that my health, while not necessarily bad, it is no longer allowing me to work as well as I once had. I also have some grown children who are now having their own children and I would like to be able to spend time with them as well as other relatives living at distances from me without necessarily having to worry so much about whether or not I have enough money to live without working so much. I also am finding the concern now that eventually I will be unable to work and I want something set aside so I won't be a burden to any of my children.
