I've been in Property management for 23 years buying,selling & rehabbing of Mobile Homes that are set up the community or purchased the home elsewhere & moved them to the property, rehabbed & sold for profit with a Company owner that I was employed with. I'm tired of being successful for someone else to pay their bills when I have the knowledge and experience to profit from what I'm doing now, to better my income for my family. I want to teach my son investing in real estate so he can take over the business when I retire.
