I have a design and renovation business of my own, doing work for other investors on rehabs and furnished rental design, for homeowner clients, pre-listing work and staging requested by seller's agents, and knocking out my family and friends wish list items in all of my spare time (along with redesigning my 4 children's bedrooms to suit their current mood all. the. time.) I really love envisioning the potential in a junky home and have flipped multi-family apartments and full homes, learning tons along the way. I went from running a software company to following my passion a few years ago, am part Chip and part Joanna, and all ready to cut back on client work and take the reins!
