Rookie Investor in Real Estate. I’m in the early stages of opening up my own company and want to get involved in wholesaling and flipping for the short term. I want to build a team where everyone is helping each other succeed and make money. I need to raise capital, find a solid group of buyers/rehabbers/flippers, GC’s, agents, and attorneys. Long term goals are investing in multi-family buildings. Learn as much as possible about the market, real-estate, cash-flows, locations/places to invest, landlording, and how the whole process works in owning a building/investment property.
