I invest in SFH's long-term rentals here in Canton Ohio with our focus on buy/renovate/rent. When the right opportunity comes along we do flip properties as well. I've built a small in-house crew that consists of my G.C, maintenance man, property manager, and cleaner/painter who handles all property turnovers and rehabs. Currently we're over three dozen homes and wanting to grow in 2020 by buying/renovating 8-9 more.
