About myself
I am currently doing buy and holds because I am an Active duty US Army soldier stationed over seas but I am investing in Arizona. I can do the buy and holds on the income producing properties and I already have a team in place so I can start doing some fix and flips.I did around 10 of them back in 2005 and 2006 then I deployed in 2007 and market crashed so I came back and had to start all over. Here I am ready to make it happen.
