I was a succesfull full-time RE investor for 4 years 2000-2004 in the Miami, Ft. Lauderdale area. Due to my dad's illness moved back to Puerto Rico and dedicated to fully to his recovery. I'm a practicing attorney, but finally decided to quit practicing and dedicate fully to investing, as I no longer accept any new clients whatsoever and dedicate most of my time getting deals.
