Currently building passive income through rental properties. At around 3k/mth through SFRs with an end goal of 10-15k/mth through a mixture of or a full move to multi-family. While I maintain a focus on rental income I am simultaneously beginning to seek out rehab/value add opportunities in my local los angeles market.
