My background is in digital marketing design and strategies, interior design, and IT. Since the summer of 2017 I have been involved in local real estate investor meet ups, read books and been involved in multiple online groups and forums that have greatly improved my knowledge of REI. I have now filed my LLC, pitched to private investors and am working on finding my first deal. My focus is multifamily units. Experience: I have purchased my primary residence as a live in flip and am doing some of the work myself as time and finances allow. Real Estate Goals: I want to own multi-family properties and commercial mixed use buildings. Currently Seeking: I have time, knowledge and the network. But need financing.
