Luke Perrin

I am a medical sales rep with 15 years of experience. I have a wife and a 4 year old son. We are acquiring rental properties to help us reach financial freedom. We currently have 2 single family homes cash flowing nicely, but our next projects will be out-of-state due to the rising costs in our area. My goal is to become a full-time real estate investor and quit my W-2. We have been investing for only a few years, but we plan on scaling up in 2023.
