My name is Luz and I live in Springfield, Mass. I’m mid 50 and I’m a bit concerned with my future. I’m close to retirement and I’m not financially ready for that transition. I do have a few thousand saved and my son is real estate owner , well I own a two family home myself, but I want to do the BRRR part of real estate. I thought if I partner up with my son . We could really do something in our area.My boyfriend is a contractor and also is my son, so I’m in a pretty good place to start, but I would still like some insight or advise from the pros.
