Makeila Logan lafate

I am an architectural designer and detailer and I have been for the past 9 years. I have a passion for architecture, interior design and drawing. I am also the mother of 12 year old twin boys and newly engaged. Education and work combine have 15 plus years of drafting and architecture experience. I’ve joined bigger pockets after listening to hours and hours of podcast. I am convinced that becoming a real estate investor will give me financial freedom, create generation wealth for my children and allow me to enjoy life with my family. I live in Philadelphia, Pa (Tri-state area PA,DE & NJ) and I have narrowed my interest to investing small multifamily fixer upper properties for cash and hold.
