Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, temporarily living in Paducah, Kentucky. I have a BS in mechanical engineering, currently work full time as a Project Engineer and invest in real estate with the rest of my time. In 3 years of investing, I have acquired 3 duplexes in my own name via house hacking, and in the past year formed an LLC with a long time friend in which we have acquired 2 single families and 2 duplexes via the BRRRR method.
