Hi! I have an inactive real estate license (just passed my exam in September2023). Have not listed with a broker. Looking to purchase a multi family home and have been following Bigger Pockets for some time. I work a full time job as a Consultant and would love to keep my full time job while I pursue investing. I haven’t signed up with a Broker as they require full time training which I cannot do with a full time job. Eventually I plan on leaving the 9-5 but am really spending my time learning the lingo and educating myself. I also having a nursing license and have done several careers and realize the corporate world is not for me. I want to have financial freedom so I can travel the world and live my life without all the stressors of the daily grind. I am very VERY new at this and will ask a lot of questions so thank you for checking out my profile.
