Hello! My name is Maria and I am incredibly excited to be on this journey of real estate investing. It has been a consistent passion of mine since I was a teenager: I used to hide out in my room and listen to my parent's cassette tapes on flipping properties ;) Life and other career goals (I am a commercial pilot) stole my attention for a number of years but I keep coming back to real estate. In 2019 and 2020 I dove into single family rentals utilizing creative financing. It was a great learning experience that also lit a fire in me. I am now ready to scale into multi-family / small to medium apartment buildings. My goal for 2022 through 2023 is to acquire 3 properties (50-100 doors) and replace my W2 income with real estate income. Hope to bring you along on my journey! Let's do this!
