Experience: I became a landlord at 25 when I purchased the duplex I lived in. Since then I have done a couple of flips. Real Estate Goals: My Realestate goals are to create residual income in order to spend time with my family and travel. I do not have a specific number of units that I want to acquire it's more about allowing my Realestate endeavors to fund my life comforts.
