My name is Mark Aaron- Houston, TX area and very new to real estate investing. Did 1 flip 2 yrs ago. My current plan is to have 50+ doors under mgmt. within 7 years or less. In the meantime, wholesaling enough to do 4-6 deals every 6 mths. Very open-minded to other ideas that can scale my immediate business for my wife and myself. I have some ideas and goals, and really need a mentor/coach to help me construct into a firm plan with executables to be done on a daily/weekly basis. I am 100% committed to building a lucrative RE business which includes very good passive income over a period of time.
