I moved my wife and child to Franklin, TN summer of 2015 for a new job. We love the area and are making long term plans here. Experience: I'm new to real estate investing and looking to learn more about by and hold strategies, particularly BRRR. Over the next few years I hope to gather several long term rental properties. Real Estate Goals: My primary goal is to build long term wealth and invest for financial freedom. I'd love to be out of the rat race while I'm young enough to enjoy the freedom.
