I am on a path to creating the life I desire and I have found that real estate will help me get there. I have taken a huge interest in Biggerpockets and I am in the information stage going from knowing nothing to learning as much as I can. The goal is to buy a duplex in one year from now (todays date, June 1st 2019) and begin house hacking! Update: October, 8, 2020. We analyzed over 100 properties and have now finally got our first triplex under contract. Inspections are today and we hope to be moving forward and continuing the real estate journey!
